This Privacy Policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is collected, used, disclosed and protected. The website is an independent marketing website for the Dunearn House development, operated by — on behalf of salespersons registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), Singapore. It is not the official website of the developer.

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. By using this website or submitting the registration form, you agree to the practices described below.

Section 02The personal data we collect

We only collect what the registration form asks for, and what you choose to tell us:

• Name — so the salesperson knows who they are replying to.
• Singapore mobile number — for a call, SMS or WhatsApp reply about your enquiry.
• Email address — to send the price list, floor plans and stack chart you requested.
• Preferred unit type and the requests you tick — so we send the right material or arrange the right appointment.

We also collect limited technical information that any website receives, such as browser type, device type and the pages viewed. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing and is not used to identify you.

Section 03How we use your personal data

Personal data you submit is used only to:

• respond to your enquiry about Dunearn House;
• send you the indicative price list, floor plans, unit availability and related project material you requested;
• arrange and confirm a showflat appointment;
• follow up on your enquiry, including sending updates about unit availability or pricing changes for this project;
• comply with any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to a CEA-registered salesperson.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Section 04Consent and the Do Not Call Registry

By submitting the registration form, you consent to being contacted by the appointed salesperson by voice call, SMS, email or WhatsApp in relation to your enquiry and this project, whether or not your Singapore telephone number is listed on the national Do Not Call (DNC) Registry.

This consent is given for the purpose of your enquiry. You may withdraw it at any time using the details in section 10, and we will stop contacting you for marketing purposes within a reasonable period of receiving your request.

Section 05Who we may share it with

Your details may be shared with:

• the CEA-registered salesperson and the appointed marketing agency handling your enquiry;
• the developer or its appointed representatives, where this is necessary to register your interest, book a showflat appointment, or process a booking;
• service providers who host this website or operate the messaging tools we use to reply to you, under obligations of confidentiality;
• any authority or regulator where disclosure is required by law.

Section 06How long we keep it

Personal data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as a legal, accounting or regulatory requirement obliges us to keep it. Once neither applies, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Section 07How we protect it

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so any information you send is submitted at your own risk.
